Al Kholood led early through Ramiro Enrique, but goals from Nasser Al-Dawsari and Hernandez completed Al Hilal’s comeback in the final...

Theo Hernandez netted in the closing seconds of first-half stoppage time to spark Al Hilal’s comeback, as they overcame Al Kholood 2-1 in Friday’s Saudi King’s Cup final and gave coach Simone Inzaghi his first trophy with the club.

Al Kholood struck early, with Argentine forward Ramiro Enrique scoring from close range in the fourth minute after getting past goalkeeper Yassine Bounou.

Al Hilal drew level just before the interval when Nasser ‌Al-Dawsari struck in the 42nd minute through Nasser Al-Dawsari, and Hernandez then struck at the far post moments later to complete the comeback before halftime.

With the cup secured, Inzaghi’s focus shifts back to the Saudi Pro League. Al Hilal sit five points behind leaders Al Nassr ahead of Tuesday’s clash, though they do have a game in hand.
