Substitute Alimami Gory scored twice in the final minutes, including a stoppage-time winner, to give Paris FC a 2-1 win over city rivals PSG. The victory ended PSG’s run of not conceding away goals since 13 February.
PSG received the Ligue 1 trophy before kickoff after clinching their 14th top-flight title with a 2-0 win at Lens midweek. Head coach Luis Enrique rotated the side, making five changes and giving 19-year-old defender Dimitri Lucea his first start.
Despite the celebrations, PSG came out sharp. Bradley Barcola forced an early save from former PSG goalkeeper Kevin Trapp in the second minute.
Paris FC responded quickly and created chances of their own. Matvey Safonov rushed out to stop Willem Geubbels, then pushed away Moses Simon’s powerful strike. Geubbels had another opportunity shortly after but fired wide following a mistake from Lucea.
PSG faced an early injury concern in the 27th minute when Ousmane Dembélé was taken off for Gonçalo Ramos as a precaution due to a muscle strain. Fans will now wait to see if the France striker recovers in time for the Champions League final against Arsenal on 30 May.
On the field, Paris FC looked the more dangerous side and continued to create chances. Jonathan Ikoné cut in from the right near the end of the half and curled an effort just over the bar.
The hosts were made to pay for missed opportunities when Barcola scored from Fabián Ruiz’s cross at the back post five minutes into the second half. The goal took him to 11 for the Ligue 1 season, moving him ahead of Dembélé as PSG’s top scorer in the league.

PSG could not find a second goal to put the game away, and Paris FC made them pay. Gory equalized with 14 minutes left, turning Pierre Lees-Melou’s cross-shot past Safonov just nine minutes after coming on for his fourth goal of the season.
Joao Neves curled an effort over the bar as both teams pushed for a winner. Gory then struck again in the third minute of stoppage time, finishing into an empty net after Ilan Kebbal broke clear and squared the ball.
The result will mean a lot to Paris FC manager Antoine Kombouaré, who was sacked by PSG in 2011. His side have now beaten their city rivals twice in a row, following their Coupe de France win in January.
The dramatic late win caps off a strong return to Ligue 1 for Paris FC after 46 years away. Finishing 11th marks their highest ever position in the top flight.
PSG will now need to regroup before the Champions League final. Their eight-game unbeaten away run across all competitions came to an end in dramatic fashion.
