AGF will head into the winter break four points clear at the top of the table as they won 2-1 in Randers while FC Midtjylland were left to settle for a 3-3 draw in Viborg, and FC Copenhagen suffered a shocking 2-0 defeat in Parken Stadium against Sonderjyske. In the last game on Sunday, FC Nordsjaelland won 5-0 at home against Silkeborg IF.

AGF extended their lead at the top of the Danish Superliga table, beating Randers 2-1. This win gives them a four-point advantage over their nearest rivals as they head into the winter break.


FC Midtjylland and Viborg FF played out a thrilling 3-3 draw, while FC Copenhagen suffered a shock 2-0 defeat to Sonderjyske at Parken Stadium. FC Nordsjaelland rounded off the weekend with a 5-0 thrashing of Silkeborg IF.


AGF took the lead in the 14th minute, with Tobias Bech scoring after a clever steal and finish. He scored again just six minutes later, with a stunning half-volley off a corner, putting AGF in control.


Randers pulled one back just before halftime, with Daniel Hoegh scoring off a corner. AGF had dominated the first half, but Randers' goal gave them hope.


Viborg FF's first half was a nightmare, with Moroccan midfielder Bilal Brahimi scoring in the 18th minute and Tim Freriks doubling the lead after 37 minutes due to a goalkeeper error. 


However, FC Midtjylland staged an incredible comeback in the second half, with Valdemar Byskov and Martin Erlic equalizing, and Mads Bech Sorensen scoring a sensational 3-2 lead with just three minutes left. Viborg FF's first half was a nightmare, with Moroccan midfielder Bilal Brahimi scoring in the 18th minute and Tim Freriks doubling the lead after 37 minutes due to a goalkeeper error.




AGF held on for the win, with goalkeeper Jesper Hansen making crucial saves to secure the three points. The victory means AGF top the table at the winter break.

FC Copenhagen made changes at halftime, with Mads Emil Madsen, Birger Meling, and Viktor Claesson coming on for Lukas Lerager, Pantelis Hatzidiakos, and Youssoufa Moukoko. However, they struggled to make an impact against Sonderjyske's solid defense.

Sonderjyske's organization and stubbornness paid off, as they held FC Copenhagen to a 2-0 win at Parken Stadium. Copenhagen's lack of urgency was evident, and Sonderjyske claimed a sensational victory.
