Torino staged a remarkable comeback to salvage a 2-2 draw against Pisa, with Giovanni Simeone and Che Adams cancelling out Stefano Moreo's career-best brace. The Granata have suddenly turned their form around after a poor start to the season, going unbeaten in four matches including a win over Napoli and a midweek draw at Bologna.

Torino were forced to make do without several key players, including Franco Israel, Niels Nkounkou, Zakaria Aboukhlal, Perr Schuurs, and Zanos Savva, with Alberto Paleari taking over in goal. Meanwhile, Pisa's injury woes continued, with Calvin Stengs, Mateus Lusuardi, and Tomas Esteves all out, although Raul Albiol returned to the bench after recovering from his injury. Pisa remain winless this season, although they have drawn their last three matches against Verona, Milan, and Lazio.

Torino had a golden chance in the eighth minute when Marcus Pedersen's cross from the right found Che Adams, whose flick-on was miraculously deflected onto the crossbar by Adrian Semper's outstretched leg.

Pisa took the lead in a dramatic turn of events, capitalizing on a chaotic sequence of plays. Stefano Moreo's flick-on from a cross set up Ebeneezer Akinsanmiro, whose powerful shot hit the underside of the crossbar. However, as the ball rebounded back into play courtesy of Mehdi Leris, Moreo seized the opportunity to score his maiden Serie A goal with a decisive left-footed strike.

Moreo played a key role on both ends of the field, not only scoring the opener but also making a crucial block on Nikola Vlasic to prevent Torino from equalizing. However, his teammate Malthe Hojholt wasn't so fortunate, earning a yellow card for a clumsy two-footed tackle on Vlasic.

Torino began to dominate possession and eventually got back into the game with a stunning looping header from Giovanni Simeone. The striker showed impressive anticipation, getting his head to Ardian Ismajli's cross from the right and directing the ball into the far top corner despite being faced away from goal.

Giovanni Simeone had a golden opportunity to score, but he lost his balance after dribbling around Semper and couldn't capitalize on the open goal. Torino coach Marco Baroni wasn't happy with the referee's decision and was sent off for dissent.

The comeback was completed in first-half stoppages when Valentin Lazaro's cross was deflected to Che Adams, who skillfully created space with a couple of touches and slammed the ball into the far top corner with his left foot from six yards out.

The second half kicked off with Cyril Ngonge almost scoring, his powerful volley from the edge of the box on a corner narrowly missing the post.

Pisa was far from done, with Torino goalkeeper Paleari making a crucial save on a Calabresi strike at the near post. The effort followed some excellent hold-up play from M'Bala Nzola, who used his strength to control the ball with his back to goal before creating the opportunity.
