Nottingham Forest dominated Leeds United, securing a 3-1 win at the City Ground and giving Sean Dyche his first Premier League victory as manager. This win marks the end of Forest's nine-game winless streak in the Premier League.

The match was an entertaining affair, with both teams producing a thrilling first half. Leeds United initially took the lead through Lukas Nmecha's 13th-minute goal, but Forest quickly equalized with Ibrahim Sangare's strike in the 15th minute. Morgan Gibbs-White then headed Forest into the lead in the 68th minute, and Elliot Anderson sealed the victory with a penalty in the 90th minute.

Morgan Gibbs-White had an early chance, testing Lucas Perri with a shot from just outside the area, but the Brazilian goalkeeper pushed it away. Leeds United then took the lead through Lukas Nmecha, who scored with a strike from the right side of the area, catching Nottingham Forest off guard.

The Reds' poor defensive run persisted, with no clean sheets in their last 11 Premier League games. However, Leeds United's supporters were energized, and the team responded with a goal from Ibrahim Sangare, who capitalized on a rebound from Perri after Dan Ndoye's cross.

The game slowed down after the intense first half, but Nottingham Forest's fortunes changed when Omari Hutchinson's cross was headed home by Morgan Gibbs-White, giving Forest the lead with just over 20 minutes to go. This was a significant blow to Leeds' hopes of a rare away win, as they've struggled to score in the second half this season.

Leeds United pushed hard in the final stages, with Dan James testing Matz Sels from outside the area. However, their lack of goalscoring potency made a comeback seem unlikely. The decisive moment came when Jack Harrison fouled Omari Hutchinson in the box, and Elliot Anderson converted the penalty to seal Nottingham Forest's 3-1 win.

Despite remaining 19th, Nottingham Forest has renewed belief under Sean Dyche, moving within a point of safety. Leeds United, on the other hand, has lost back-to-back Premier League matches and faces pressure to turn their season around.
