The UEFA Women's Champions League has introduced a new format this season, featuring 18 teams in the league phase. These teams will play six games each against different opponents, and only the top four will qualify directly for the quarter-finals.


Teams ranked fifth to 12th will compete in a play-off round to join the top four in the last eight. This format aims to increase competition and excitement in the tournament.
