Til trods for et flot føringsmål og et reddet straffespark må vi se os slået af ligaens førerhold 😞 #sldk #FCNAGF pic.twitter.com/5ETxyF0TSL

Brondby Punishes OB
Alexander Zorniger's return to Brondby was far from ideal, as his new team OB suffered a humiliating 5-1 thrashing. Nicolai Vallys scored twice for Brondby, while Daniel Wass added to the scoreline with a penalty kick. OB's struggles continued despite an energetic start to the second half.

Silkeborg and Vejle played out a 1-1 draw, with Tonni Adamsen scoring for Silkeborg and Stefan Velkov equalizing for Vejle. Meanwhile, Viborg FF climbed to sixth place with a 2-1 home win over Fredericia, courtesy of Tim Freriks' equalizer and Yonis Njoh's late winner.
The artificial turf at Farum didn't seem to hinder AGF's performance as they dominated possession in a relatively uneventful match until the 70th minute. That's when the game started to heat up. AGF's Norwegian playmaker, Kristian Arnstad, was fouled in the box by Mark Brink, earning a penalty kick. However, Andreas Hansen made a crucial save on Arnstad's penalty attempt, keeping the home team in the game.
The momentum shifted in FC Nordsjaelland's favor when Alexander Lind headed home a cross from Nicklas Rojkjaer 12 minutes from the end, giving the home side the lead. However, AGF's resilience paid off just three minutes later when Swedish wingback Felix Beijmo scored a stunning half-volley to level the score. The dramatic turnaround was completed five minutes from the end when Magnus Solbakken bundled a deflected cross from Gift Links over the line, securing a 2-1 win for AGF.
German coach Alexander Zorniger's return to Brondby Stadium was far from ideal. Since leaving the club in 2019, Zorniger took the helm at OB, but his new team was thoroughly outplayed in a 5-1 thrashing. Brondby dominated from the start, and it was only a matter of time before they broke through. That moment came on eight minutes when Viljar Myhra saved Jacob Ambaek's shot, but Sho Fukuda was quick to capitalize on the rebound, giving Brondby an early 1-0 lead.

OB's Noah Ganaus leveled the score on 26 minutes, finding himself clean through on goal and finishing calmly. However, Brondby quickly regained the lead when Nicolai Vallys headed home, and Daniel Wass converted a penalty to give the home side a solid 3-1 lead at halftime.
OB started the second half with optimism, but their hopes of a comeback were swiftly dashed. Vallys scored his second goal of the night, and shortly after, Noah Nartey sealed OB's fate with a goal in the 64th minute, further humiliating the visitors.
Silkeborg and Vejle, both struggling at the bottom of the table, played out a 1-1 draw. Tonni Adamsen gave Silkeborg the lead after 22 minutes, but Stefan Velkov equalized for Vejle in the 73rd minute, securing a share of the points for both teams.
Viborg FF ended FC Fredericia's winless streak, defeating them 2-1 at home. Fredericia took an early lead through Gustav Marcussen in the 9th minute, but Tim Freriks leveled the score before halftime. Yonis Njoh sealed the win for Viborg with a late goal, scoring one minute from the end.
Standings Update
With their seventh consecutive win, AGF now leads the Danish Superliga standings with a three-point advantage over FC Copenhagen. The consistent performance has showcased AGF's strength this season, while FC Copenhagen's recent win over Sonderjyske has kept them in contention for the top spot.
