French side Brest maintains perfect European start with convincing victory over RB Salzburg.

Brest secured a stunning 4-0 victory over RB Salzburg in the Champions League, maintaining their perfect start to their inaugural European campaign. Following their 2-1 win over Sturm Graz, the French side delivered a clinical counter-attacking performance that exposed Salzburg's vulnerabilities.

Abdallah Sima's first-half strike set the tone, as he held off his marker to score past the keeper following Ludovic Ajorque's pinpoint pass. Despite creating numerous chances, Salzburg struggled to find a breakthrough.

In the second half, Brest capitalized on Salzburg's defensive lapses. Mahdi Camara's sublime strike in the 66th minute doubled the lead, before Sima netted his second four minutes later. Mathias Pereira Lage sealed the rout with a spectacular strike from outside the area in the 75th minute.
