Diddy, American Rapper, Sued For Allegedly Assaulting A Male Producer Sexually — Reports
Producer and videographer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones on Monday filed a lawsuit against Combs, 54, in New York federal court. Jones claims Combs sexually harassed, drugged and threatened him, according to court documents reviewed by the Daily News.
According to TMZ, rapper Sean Diddy Combs is being sued by a record producer for allegedly drug-induced rape and persistent groping, and as a result, he is facing allegations of sexual abuse against a man.
Rodney Jones, a former producer and videographer for the mogul, claims in court documents obtained by TMZ that he was subjected to unwanted advances by Diddy's associates and sexual assaults by Diddy himself on multiple occasions.
The embattled rapper, according to Daily Mail, is already dealing with lawsuits from three different women and has lost numerous business deals as a result of the allegations.
In the $30 million lawsuit, Jones has listed some of the biggest names in the business as co-defendants. According to Jones, Combs's groping was dismissed by record boss Ethiopia Habtemariam as “friendly horseplay” and his way of “showing that he likes you.” The celebrity has refuted the charges that are currently against him, calling them “sickening,” and his attorney has written off Jones's assertions as “pure fiction.”
Attorney Shawn Holley told TMZ, “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who shamelessly filed a $30 billion lawsuit looking for an undeserved payday.”
“His careless name-dropping about things that are purely made up and never happened is just an obvious ploy to make headlines. His claims have been proven to be utterly false by overwhelming and irrefutable evidence,” Tyrone Blackburn, Mr. Jones' attorney, has not returned our calls when we have tried to share this evidence with him —Acording to TMZ
Diddy reportedly brought Jones on board in August 2022 to produce a few tracks for the R&B album “The Love Album: Off the Grid,” which was released in September 2023 and garnered a Grammy nomination.
The lawsuit states, “Mr. Jones agreed, and his life has been detrimentally impacted ever since.” He put up with “continuous unsolicited and unauthorized groping and touching of his anus” for over a year at Combs' residences in Florida, Los Angeles, and New York, as well as on a charter yacht in the US Virgin Islands.
