Juventus have announced the signing of Bosnia and Herzegovina winger Kerim Alajbegovic from Bayer Leverkusen for €30 million, around $34.6 million. The Serie A club confirmed the deal on Sunday.

Alajbegovic was key for Bosnia in qualifying. He converted a penalty in shootout wins against Wales and Italy during the World Cup playoffs. He also opened the scoring in a 3-1 win over Qatar that put Bosnia into the knockout rounds for the first time, where they were beaten 2-0 by co-hosts the United States.
Born in Germany, the winger joined Salzburg from Leverkusen. He’d been in Bayer’s academy since 2021, and the German side brought him back on a five-year deal before selling him to Juve.
