Cole Palmer is once again being linked with a move to Manchester United, with reports claiming he would be open to leaving Chelsea.
The 24-year-old has faced growing criticism from Chelsea supporters this season following a sharp decline in his performances.
The England attacker has netted only four non-penalty goals in the Premier League, prompting debate over whether he should be included in Thomas Tuchel’s World Cup plans.
Palmer’s latest setback came in Chelsea’s 3-1 defeat to Nottingham Forest, where the club’s No. 10 failed to convert from the penalty spot.
Even with Palmer’s confidence at its lowest point, talk about his future hasn’t died down, including renewed speculation linking him to Manchester United.
The Daily Mail’s Confidential column reports that sources outside Chelsea say the England international would privately “consider a move” to Old Trafford.

Inside Stamford Bridge, however, the club’s position remains unchanged, with insiders stating they are “rejecting all approaches” and insisting Palmer won’t be leaving in the upcoming transfer window.
In April, Palmer told The Guardian he has no intention of leaving Chelsea in the near future, even though he supported Manchester United growing up.
The former Manchester City academy player is now focused on finishing the season on a high and securing a place in Thomas Tuchel’s England squad for the World Cup.
