‎Austria beat Hungary 4-2 in Zurich to make it two wins from two in Group A. The result puts Austria level with Switzerland and Finland at the top of the table. Hungary remain above Great Britain on goal difference after suffering a second straight defeat.

‎The game was tied 1-1 after 40 minutes, with Istvan Sofron cancelling out Vinzenz Rohrer's opener. Austria took control in the final period. Dominic Zwerger scored on the power play to restore their lead, and Thimo Nickl added two more to seal it. Peter Vincze netted late for Hungary, but it was only a consolation.
