The Minnesota Vikings sent Pro Bowl linebacker Jonathan Greenard to the Philadelphia Eagles on Friday for a 2026 third-round pick and a 2027 third-round pick.

As part of the trade, the 28-year-old Greenard signed a four-year, $100 million contract with the Eagles, including $50 million guaranteed.

The Florida native appeared in 12 games for Minnesota last season, recording three sacks and 38 tackles. His 13.5% pressure rate ranked seventh in the league.

Greenard spent his first four seasons with the Texans before signing with Minnesota in 2024. In his two seasons as a full-time starter - 2023 and 2024 - he posted at least 12 sacks and 50 tackles each year.

He missed the rest of the 2025 season after season-ending shoulder surgery.

He now joins Philadelphia as a replacement for Jaelan Phillips, who left for Carolina this offseason.
