FC Copenhagen made it three straight wins under new coach Bo Svensson on Sunday, beating Vejle 4-1. Elsewhere, Fredericia snatched a late point in a 2-2 draw at Silkeborg and OB eased past Randers 3-1 in Odense. Copenhagen Strike Early, Vejle Hit Back Against Run of Play
Fresh off two straight wins under new coach Bo Svensson, FC Copenhagen brought plenty of confidence to Southern Jutland. It took just four minutes to show, with Mads Emil Madsen delivering a perfect ball for an unmarked Andreas Cornelius to poke home from close range for an early lead.

Svensson’s side dominated the early stages and looked set to double their lead. But against the run of play, Vejle levelled after 17 minutes when Andrew Hjulsager floated a cross to the back post and Lasse Flo headed past Dominik Kotarski.
Both teams had chances in a second half made difficult by constant rain and a poor pitch. FC Copenhagen retook the lead seven minutes from time when Geovanni Vianney netted his first Superliga goal, finishing after Igor Vekic could only parry Robert’s tight-angle shot.
With two minutes left, Viktor Dadason beat Vejle’s offside trap to make it 3-1, left completely unmarked to finish. Geovanni Vianney added his second in injury time to seal a 4-1 win.
Janssen Heads Late Winner as FCN Edge Bronze Medal Duel
Justin Janssen’s stoppage-time header gave FC Nordsjaelland a 2-1 win over Viborg in a key bronze-medal clash in Farum on Sunday.
Viborg had looked set for a surprise win on the artificial turf when Charly Nouck finished from close range in the 19th minute after Dorian Junior’s ball across goal.
But FCN were level 13 minutes later. Prince Junior struck from the edge of the box, his shot deflecting in to make it 1-1.
Viborg were sharper after the break and had chances to retake the lead but couldn’t convert. Instead, FC Nordsjaelland snatched all three points in the final seconds when Justin Janssen rose highest to head in a corner, just as the sides looked set to share the spoils.
Late Lindekilde Double Denies Silkeborg as Fredericia Snatch Point
Silkeborg IF blew a chance to climb out of the relegation zone, throwing away a 2-0 lead to draw 2-2 at home to Fredericia.
Kent Nielsen’s side looked on course for a comfortable win after scoring twice in six first-half minutes to go 2-0 up.
Callum McCowatt opened the scoring in the 23rd minute, his deflected effort wrong-footing keeper Valdemar Birkso. Six minutes later, leading scorer Tonni Adamsen made it 2-0, sliding in to finish William Kirk’s hard ball across goal.
Fredericia pulled one back 12 minutes from time when Silkeborg failed to clear and Jonatan Lindekilde steered past Nicolai Larsen. Then, with seconds left, Lindekilde struck again from the edge of the box to complete the comeback and earn a point.
