Hearts are set for a thrilling title decider against Celtic on May 16th, as the Scottish Premiership's post-split fixtures were revealed. Hearts, currently top of the table, will head to Celtic Park in a match that could crown them champions of Scotland for the first time in over 60 years.

Rangers, Celtic's arch-rivals, will face Falkirk at the same time, adding an extra layer of tension to the title race. The final day promises to be a nail-biter, with all three teams still in contention.

Hearts are leading the pack with just six games left, one point ahead of Rangers. Celtic, the dominant force in Scottish football with 13 titles in the last 14 seasons, are two points behind in third place.

In the final pre-split fixtures next weekend, Hearts will host St Mirren at home, while Rangers travel to Falkirk. This is a crucial stretch for both teams, with the title race heating up.

The split, designed to provide more meaningful competition towards the end of a league season featuring just 12 teams, takes place after 33 matches.

The top six clubs play each other once more, and the bottom six do likewise.

The final 'Old Firm' derby of the campaign sees Rangers travel to Celtic Park in the third round of fixtures on Sunday, May 10th.

Hearts will host Rangers at Tynecastle on May 4th, setting the stage for the final 'Old Firm' derby a week later.
