Lazio ended a six-game winless streak away from home against Bologna, thanks to Kenneth Taylor's late double, securing a 2-0 win at Stadio Renato Dall'Ara. Taylor's goals came after Bologna's Riccardo Orsolini missed a penalty, which Lazio's goalkeeper Edoardo Motta saved.
The first half was a tight affair, with both teams canceling each other out. Lazio dominated possession early on, but Adam Marusic's effort was foiled by Federico Ravaglia, and Bologna grew into the game after a slow start.
They had a great chance to break the deadlock on 20 minutes. Nikola Moro picked up the ball 30 yards out and unleashed a thunderbolt that hit the connection between bar and post, leaving Edoardo Motta stunned.
Lazio's best chances came from counterattacks, with Marusic leading the charge on the right. He broke clear and had a chance to pick out Daniel Maldini in the box, but his cross-cum-shot drifted just over the bar.
The home side were given a golden chance to strike just after the restart, after a loose pass from Fisayo Dele-Bashiru gifted possession to Santiago Castro.
The Argentinian striker was wiped out by Motta in the box, but the Lazio keeper immediately redeemed himself by diving low to his right to deny Riccardo Orsolini from the resultant spot-kick.
That save proved to be a critical moment in the game, as it appeared to deflate the home crowd and allowed the visitors to create some attacking momentum of their own.

Going into the final 20 minutes, a stalemate felt almost inevitable, but it was broken thanks to two moments of class from Taylor. He grabbed the opener on 72 minutes as he kept his cool in the area to find the bottom corner.
Bologna were left stunned as Kenneth Taylor scored his second goal of the match, taking the ball past Ravaglia before slotting it into the empty net. This victory marks Lazio's third consecutive win, moving them within eight points of the top six in Serie A.

As a result, Lazio leapfrogged Bologna, moving one point and one position above them, dropping Bologna to ninth place. Taylor's impressive performance earned him the Man of the Match award, with Lazio's goalkeeper Edoardo Motta also making crucial saves, including a penalty denial against Riccardo Orsolini.
