Bayern Munich is cruising towards their 34th Bundesliga title, extending their unbeaten run to 12 games with a 4-0 thrashing of Union Berlin. The Bavarians dominated the game, but had to wait until the 43rd minute to break the deadlock.

Michael Olise opened the scoring with a curling shot, and Serge Gnabry doubled the lead in stoppage time. Harry Kane added another goal four minutes into the second half, and Gnabry sealed the win with his second goal of the match. The victory extends Bayern's lead at the top of the table to 12 points, with second-placed Borussia Dortmund playing later.

Union Berlin fought hard to frustrate Bayern Munich in the early exchanges, but they struggled to create anything meaningful. Bayern's first clear chance came just before the half-hour mark when Josip Stanišić picked out Lennart Karl with a pinpoint cross. However, Karl failed to convert an easy tap-in as the ball struck the face of the post and bounced clear.

Harry Kane had an early chance to score, rounding the goalkeeper but struggling to find the back of the net due to the tight angle. Just as Union Berlin seemed to be holding on, Bayern Munich scored two quick goals right before halftime, courtesy of Michael Olise and Serge Gnabry.

The first goal came in the 43rd minute when Olise curled a shot past Union Berlin's goalkeeper, Frederik Ronnow. Gnabry doubled the lead in stoppage time, volleying home a rebound from a Joshua Kimmich cross.

Michael Olise was a constant threat on the right flank, and he finally broke the deadlock with a brilliant goal. He cut inside onto his left foot and curled a shot into the far corner.

Union Berlin's hopes of halftime regrouping were shattered in stoppage time. Frederik Ronnow's mishandled cross allowed Serge Gnabry to pounce, volleying home the decisive goal at the near post.

Any Union Berlin hopes of a comeback were quickly dashed after the break. Harry Kane received Konrad Laimer's pass, turned under pressure, and placed a precise shot into the bottom corner.

Bayern Munich's attack continued to dominate, and Serge Gnabry scored his second goal, beating Union Berlin's goalkeeper Frederik Ronnow with sheer power at the near post. This goal came as Bayern, already boasting 93 Bundesliga goals this season, maintained their relentless pressure on the Union Berlin defense.

Gnabry's impressive performance earned him Man of the Match honors, with 65% of the fan vote. He now has 10 goals and 10 assists in 34 games across all competitions this season. Bayern's Harry Kane also had a great game, scoring one goal and moving closer to Robert Lewandowski's single-season Bundesliga record.

Union Berlin's winless streak against Bayern Munich continues, with 14 matches without a win in the Bundesliga. They're currently sitting mid-table, with seven points separating them from the top seven and bottom three.

Bayern Munich, on the other hand, has pulled 12 points clear of Borussia Dortmund and is looking strong to retain the Bundesliga title. They've scored 97 league goals, just four short of equalling the all-time club record.
