Paris Saint Germain (PSG) scrapes into Champions League last 16 with 2-2 draw vs 10-man Monaco. They needed a big comeback after losing the first leg, but managed to edge into the next round.

Monaco had the upper hand early on, pushing for that equalizer, but PSG held on despite going a man down. Now they're out, and PSG's through for the 14th straight season.

Maghnes Akliouche created a great chance for Mamadou Coulibaly, but the winger couldn't control the ball and ended up shooting over the bar. Thilo Kehrer followed up with a header that went wide, and it was looking like the visitors might take the lead like they did in the first leg.

PSG started to find their feet after that early Monaco push. They had a big chance with Bradley Barcola, but his shot hit the bar from a tight angle.

Monaco's first-half promise was rewarded just before halftime. Caio Henrique's clever cross was touched on by Coulibaly for Akliouche to score, expertly passing Safonov and getting it in off the post.

Monaco's fortunes took a turn for the worse after the break, just like in the first leg. Mamadou Coulibaly, who contributed to their goal, got a second yellow for a late tackle on Achraf Hakimi, leaving them a man down.

PSG capitalized on the advantage. Désiré Doué made a run down the right, played it across for Marquinhos to tap in, and the hosts leveled.

Achraf Hakimi created a great chance with a rasping shot that Philipp Köhn spilled, and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia slotted the rebound. PSG seemed to be cruising to victory.

But Monaco pushed back, and in stoppage time, Simon Adingra's cross found Jordan Teze, who equalized for the visitors. It was too late, though, and Monaco's European run came to an end.

PSG's win against Monaco, despite coming from behind against 10 men in both legs, has raised eyebrows about their chances of retaining the Champions League title. They secured a 5-4 aggregate victory, with Marquinhos and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia scoring crucial goals.

This win marks PSG's 14th consecutive season in the Champions League last 16. However, their struggles against Monaco have sparked debate about their title aspirations. Coach Luis Enrique's team will face either Barcelona or Chelsea in the next round.
