Bodo/Glimt pulled off a stunning 3-1 win over Inter Milan, putting them on the brink of a Champions League exit. Kasper Hogh was the hero, scoring once and creating two other goals, including a brilliant assist for Sondre Brunstad Fet's opener.


Inter had a chance to equalize early, but Jostein Gundersen made a crucial block to prevent Lautaro Martinez from scoring. Pio Esposito did equalize for Inter, but Bodo/Glimt regained the lead in the 61st minute through Jens Petter Hauge, set up by Hogh. Hogh sealed the win with a third goal, tapping in from an empty net.


Inter Milan failed to capitalize on their early pressure, allowing Bodo/Glimt to create half-chances. The hosts broke the deadlock in the 20th minute with a beautiful team goal, courtesy of Kasper Hogh's clever flick and Sondre Brunstad Fet's clinical finish past Yann Sommer.


Inter responded quickly, with Matteo Darmian's powerful shot hitting the upright and Nicolo Barella's effort flying straight at goalkeeper Nikita Haikin. Despite these attempts, the Italian side couldn't find an equalizer, and Bodo/Glimt's lead stood.


Inter Milan equalized in the 30th minute through Pio Esposito, who turned and fired past Haikin after Barella's cross from the right. Inter still had chances to take the lead before halftime, with Darmian forcing a great save from Haikin and Carlos Augusto's shot flying narrowly wide.


Despite their efforts, Inter struggled to create clear chances, as Bodo/Glimt's defense held firm. Yann Sommer also made a crucial save to stop Patrick Berg's powerful free-kick.


Bodo/Glimt's luck held as the woodwork came to their rescue twice in quick succession after the restart. Goalkeeper Nikita Haikin was beaten by Lautaro Martinez, but the ball trickled out for a goal kick. Then, Haikin spilled Carlos Augusto's free-kick, barely recovering before Martinez could pounce on the rebound.


Bodo/Glimt punished Inter Milan for missing their early chances, striking on the hour mark. Kasper Hogh's clever square pass set up Jens Petter Hauge's powerful shot, which beat Yann Sommer at his near post.


The Lightning Bolts struck again just three minutes later, with Hogh turning provider to scorer. Sondre Brunstad Fet's delicate chip allowed Ole Didrik Blomberg to square for Hogh to tap in the third goal.
