Slovenia took home the gold medal in the mixed team ski jumping event at the Milano Cortina Olympics, thanks to the incredible performances of siblings Nika and Domen Prevc. The Slovenian team, consisting of Nika Vodan, Anze Lanisek, and the Prevc siblings, delivered a series of strong jumps, scoring 1069.2 points and securing a comfortable win over Norway.




Norway settled for silver, while Japan took home the bronze medal. The Slovenian team's victory marks their first ski jumping gold at these Olympics, with Domen Prevc sealing the win with a final jump of 102 meters.


Norway was a top contender for gold, thanks to Anna Odine Stroem's win in the women's normal hill event. But Slovenia, led by siblings Nika and Domen Prevc, proved unstoppable, building a strong lead after the opening round.


Slovenia dominated the competition, with Domen Prevc sealing the victory with a final jump of 102 meters, securing Slovenia's first ski jumping gold at the Olympics. The Prevc siblings' win marked a historic moment, making them the first quartet to medal together at a Winter Olympics.
