The San Antonio Spurs are on fire! They just defeated the Toronto Raptors 110-107, extending their winning streak to 10 games, a feat they haven't achieved since the 2015-16 season. Devin Vassell led the charge with 21 points, while De'Aaron Fox added 20 points to the Spurs' tally. Despite Victor Wembanyama's off night, the Spurs managed to pull off the win.

The Spurs' impressive performance closes the gap with Western Conference leaders Oklahoma City Thunder, who suffered a setback against the Detroit Pistons. The Pistons, led by Cade Cunningham's 29 points and 13 assists, and Jalen Duren's 29 points and 15 rebounds, secured a 124-116 win over the Thunder, snapping their three-game winning streak

The big guy struggled with shots, connecting on just three of 12, finishing with 12 points against a tough Raptors defense. But Wembanyama's free-throw game was solid - he went five-for-six, and his five blocks were a game-changer.

One of those blocks was a huge defensive play, denying Jakob Poeltl with just 44 seconds left. Wembanyama's impact was clear, and he's a force to be reckoned with.

The Spurs are getting hot! They improved to 42-16 with their 10-game win streak, closing the gap with Oklahoma City, who dropped to 45-15 after losing 124-116 to the Pistons.

Cade Cunningham and Jalen Duren led the Pistons, scoring 29 points apiece in a battle of conference leaders. The matchup was hyped as a possible NBA Finals preview, but it lost some luster with SGA missing.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, the reigning NBA MVP, didn't play - his ninth straight game out with an abdominal strain. Oklahoma City had a bunch of absentees, and it showed in the result

The Thunder were really feeling the absence of some key players - Hartenstein, Holmgren, Mitchell, and Williams were all sidelined. And things got worse when Isaiah Joe left at halftime with a bruised hip.

Oklahoma City managed to lead 34-22 after the first quarter, but the Pistons came strong, outscoring them 36-18 in the second period to take control. From there, Detroit kept the upper hand, never trailing in the second half.

Duren was dominant, grabbing 15 rebounds to add to his 29 points - that's his 27th double-double of the season.

Cunningham dished out 13 assists, leading the Pistons' charge. Detroit's 17-point lead had shrunk to four with 39.2 seconds left, but Cunningham came up clutch. He found Duren for a dunk, then sank two free throws to seal the win for the Pistons.

Jarrett Allen had a standout performance, scoring 27 points and grabbing 11 rebounds for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Unfortunately, his last-minute shot that could have forced overtime was disallowed, as it was ruled to have left his hand after the buzzer.

The Cavs were missing star guard James Harden, who suffered a broken thumb during their win over the New York Knicks on Tuesday. Harden, a six-time first-team All-NBA selection, is expected to undergo treatment and continue evaluation for the injury.

Harden, who arrived in a trade from the LA Clippers this month, was listed as “questionable” up until game time, but joined Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley on the sidelines. The Cavs were already dealing with injuries, and Harden's absence was another blow.

With Antetokounmpo missing a 13th straight game with a calf injury, Kevin Porter Jr. stepped up for the Bucks, leading them with 20 points. He delivered the game-winner with 20.2 seconds left after Dennis Schroder had tied it with 35.6 seconds to play.
