Burnley snapped their 16-game winless streak in style. They came back from 2-0 down to beat Crystal Palace 3-2.
The game was delayed 10 minutes, but the wait was worth it. Burnley needed a spark, and they got it in the most dramatic way.
Palace were on the front foot early on, probing Burnley’s defense, but Tyrick Mitchell’s header was the closest they came.
It was only a matter of time before they broke through. Adam Wharton’s clever pass set up Jørgen Strand Larsen, who scored his first Palace goal.
Burnley were waiting for Palace to slip up, and it almost happened when Zian Flemming had a clear shot. Unfortunately for Burnley, Flemming blazed it over.
That miss proved costly as Strand Larsen scored his second, heading in Jefferson Lerma's delivery. Palace were 2-0 up, but Burnley weren't out yet.
Burnley's drought ended with a goal from Hannibal Mejbri, who swept home his first Premier League goal for the club. Marcus Edwards set it up with a clever cut-back, and Burnley were back in it.
Burnley took control before the break. Jaidon Anthony's run down the left ended with a precise shot, leveling the game. Then, they took the lead just before halftime.
Bashir Humphreys’ header was saved by Dean Henderson, but only onto an unsuspecting Lerma, who will ultimately be credited with an own goal.

Having clearly taken a rocket from boss Glasner, Palace flew out of the traps in the second half and came close to an instant equaliser when Daniel Muñoz ghosted in down the right and thundered an effort into the side netting.
Palace's chances were limited, but they had a huge opportunity 20 minutes from time. Daichi Kamada charged in at the far post and headed wide with the goal at his mercy.
Burnley held on under intense pressure in the closing stages to secure a win that'll provide some relief for Scott Parker, even if it doesn't boost their survival hopes much.
Palace's struggles continue, with another disappointing evening extending their winless home run to nine matches.
