Eintracht Frankfurt climbed into the top six of the Bundesliga with a thrilling 4-3 win over FC Koln. Dino Toppmoller's side came from behind to secure the victory, extending their unbeaten streak to four matches across all competitions.

The hosts had started strongly, with Jakub Kaminski scoring early on to give Koln the lead. However, Frankfurt fought back, eventually taking the lead through goals from Omar Marmoush and Hugo Ekitike, who scored a stunning equalizer.

The goal was initially flagged offside, but a swift VAR check overturned the decision, confirming Jérémy Doku's goal as legitimate. The Belgian's looping finish was deemed valid, much to Eintracht's dismay.

The goal was born from a high press, with Manchester City's intense pressure forcing Eintracht to concede possession. Ragnar Ache did the rest, laying the ball off to Doku, who slotted it home.

Eintracht turned the game on its head before halftime, scoring twice in quick succession to take the lead. Fares Chaibi's corner kick was the catalyst, finding Arthur Theate's head at the near post.

In the dying embers of added time, Mahmoud Dahoud pounced on a loose ball in the penalty area, steering home his first Bundesliga goal of the season. The goal was a fitting reward for Eintracht's relentless pressure, and it sent them into the break with a 2-1 lead.

Frankfurt continued their momentum into the second half, with Jonathan Burkardt scoring a rapid-fire double that put the game out of Koln's reach. His first goal came from a well-timed run, with Ritsu Doan's cross finding its way to the German striker.

Burkardt's second was a thing of beauty, as he skillfully beat his defender before slotting home a tidy finish. The goal sent the visiting fans into raptures, and it seemed to be the knockout blow for Koln.

Koln refused to give up, mounting an incredible late comeback. Marius Bulter sparked the charge, converting a well-worked team goal to make it 4-2.

Luca Waldschmidt kept the pressure on, scoring a classy header to reduce the deficit to a single goal. Frankfurt had to dig deep, but they held on to secure the win and jump into the UEFA Conference League qualification spot.
