Udinese secured a hard-fought 1-0 win away to Pisa, thanks to a decisive goal from Iker Bravo in the 14th minute. This victory marks another impressive performance from the Friulani, who remain unbeaten this season after their shock win against Inter before the international break. Despite missing key players like Maduka Okoye due to a ban and Sandi Lovric and Daniele Padelli through injury, Udinese showed resilience. Deadline day signings Nicolò Zaniolo and Alessandro Zanoli were available on the bench, with Zaniolo eventually making his debut.

Pisa, who had held Atalanta to a draw in their opener and narrowly lost 1-0 to Roma, put up a good fight but couldn't capitalize on their chances. Antonio Caracciolo received a yellow card in the 13th minute, while Hassane Kamara of Udinese was booked in the 18th minute. Udinese's goalkeeper, Razvan Sava, had a moment of panic early on but managed to avert disaster. Despite Pisa's efforts, they couldn't find the back of the net, with Meister hitting the side netting in a promising position.

The match got off to a chaotic start, with Udinese goalkeeper Zanos Savva gifting the opposition with a clearance straight into the open space inside his own penalty area within the first 90 seconds. However, Henrik Meister squandered the opportunity, hitting the side-netting from an effectively empty net. Keinan Davis also had a chance to score, but his angled drive flew wide, hitting the side-netting.

Udinese eventually took the lead after 14 minutes, capitalizing on a well-worked attack. Arthur Atta combined with Davis in a give-and-go move, bursting into the box before being blocked by defenders. The ball fell to Iker Bravo, who seized the opportunity to fire the ball into the net from 12 yards out, giving Udinese the advantage.

Udinese dominated the match but couldn't capitalize on their chances early on. Moments after Iker Bravo's goal in the 14th minute, Keinan Davis had a golden opportunity to double Udinese's lead. Davis caught Michel Aebischer off guard with a back-pass, but unfortunately, his shot flew into the side-netting, leaving Udinese still ahead by just one goal.

Pisa, on the other hand, struggled to create scoring chances but did receive a gift from Udinese's Oumar Solet, who made a critical error on a long ball. Stefano Moreo failed to capitalize on the mistake, losing control of the ball. Another chance arose when Idrissa Toure delivered a dangerous pull-back from the by-line, but Moreo again couldn't get full control of the ball.

Kingsley Ehizibue horribly scuffed the finish set up for him by Adam Buksa, while at the other end Antonio Caracciolo threatened with an acrobatic over-head kick after a corner, then Matteo Tramoni blasted over the bar for Pisa.

Thomas Kristensen showed some brave defending to fling his head in the path of Meister trying to tap in the Giovanni Bonfanti cross at the back post.

Udinese's win puts them in seventh place with 7 points, while Pisa remains in 10th place with 1 point. The victory showcases Udinese's determination and defensive solidity, with their next challenge being against AC Milan.
