The 2025 football awards nominees have been announced, featuring top stars in various categories:


The 2025 Ballon d'Or nominees have been revealed, highlighting the standout performers of the season. Alongside the main award, shortlists have also been announced for the Yashin Trophy for best goalkeeper, the Kopa Trophy for the world's top young player, and prizes for coaches and women's football.


The Ballon d'Or is widely regarded as the most prestigious individual honor in football, recognizing the season's top men's player. The winner is determined by a global panel of journalists, with each country represented by one voter from the top 100 nations in the latest FIFA Men's World Ranking.


The prizes will recognize performances from August 1, 2024, to July 31, 2025. The winners will be announced at a ceremony on September 22nd.
