Rasmus Hojlund's Goal Drought Ends, Targets Consistency

Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund scores in the 4-1 win over Athletic Bilbao, ending his goal drought and expressing confidence in maintaining his form ahead of the Europa League final.

Rasmus Hojlund scored for the second time in three games, indicating a return to form after a goal drought. The Manchester United striker aims to build on this momentum.

Hojlund wants to add consistency to his performances, stating, “I don't want to stop now.” He looks to keep his form going into the Europa League final.

Hojlund expressed relief at breaking his goal drought, saying, “I can't even remember how many games I went without scoring. It's great that the goals are coming now. I just have to keep being focused, play my game, then hopefully even more can come out of it.”

Rasmus Hojlund had gone seven games without scoring before netting against Bournemouth, and earlier in the season, he had a 21-match drought from December to March. He hopes to maintain his current form.

Hojlund aims for greater consistency, saying, “I would also like to be more stable in my performances. I don't want to stop here.” Manchester United's season has been disappointing in the Premier League, but the Europa League final offers redemption.

United faces Tottenham in the final on May 21 in Bilbao, with the winner securing a Champions League spot for next season.
