Kevin Müller Out with Concussion, Heidenheim Uncertain

Heidenheim goalkeeper Kevin Müller suffers concussion after collision with Bochum player, leaving his availability uncertain.

Heidenheim goalkeeper Kevin Müller suffered a concussion after a collision with VfL Bochum's Ibrahima Sissoko during their Bundesliga match on Friday. The incident occurred in the 50th minute of the goalless draw, prompting Müller to lose consciousness and be carried off the field on a stretcher.

Müller was taken to a local hospital for further examination, where the concussion diagnosis was confirmed. The extent of his absence remains uncertain, leaving the relegation-threatened club uncertain about his availability for the remaining matches.

As a key player for Heidenheim since 2015, Müller has started every league game this season. His absence could impact the team's chances of avoiding relegation, especially with only two matches left, and Heidenheim currently sitting 16th in the table.

The club wishes Müller a speedy recovery, thanking the medical staff for their prompt attention after the collision.
