Barcelona's Araujo: We Will Get the Champions League

Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo expresses confidence that his team can win the Champions League title, despite recent elimination from the semi-finals.

Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo expressed confidence that his team can finally bring home the Champions League title, a trophy that has eluded them for over a decade. This season, Barcelona has already secured a domestic treble, winning LaLiga, the Copa del Rey, and the Spanish Super Cup.

Araujo's optimism comes after a triumphant season domestically, capped off by Barcelona's 28th Spanish top-flight title. The team's success was celebrated by thousands of fans who joined the victory parade from Camp Nou to Arc de Triomf, following a 2-0 win over Espanyol that sealed their league victory.

“Very happy, we deserve it. The team and the people deserve it. Nobody was betting on us at the beginning of the season and we have won three titles,” Uruguay's Araujo told Barca One during the open-bus parade.

Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo remains optimistic about the team's future prospects, despite their recent elimination from the Champions League semi-finals by Inter Milan. “People are excited about this team because there is good raw material. We missed the Champions League, but we will get it,” Araujo said, expressing his confidence in the team's ability to achieve success in Europe.

Barcelona's last Champions League triumph was in 2015, and Araujo's words suggest that the team is building towards reclaiming the title. With a strong squad and a renewed sense of determination, Araujo believes that Barcelona will overcome their recent setbacks and achieve their European ambitions.
