Mike Tullberg to Lead Borussia Dortmund Against Werder Bremen

Mike Tullberg, former coach of Dortmund's U19 team, will temporarily lead the first team against Werder Bremen after Nuri Sahin's departure.

Borussia Dortmund has appointed Mike Tullberg as the interim coach, replacing the recently dismissed Nuri Sahin. Tullberg will take charge of the team for their upcoming match against SV Werder Bremen on Saturday.

Tullberg, 39, has been the head coach of Dortmund's Under-19 team since 2020. Prior to that, he coached the club's U23 team for a year, gaining valuable experience within the Dortmund setup.

Interestingly, Tullberg was recently considered for the top job at Brann Bergen but opted to decline the Norwegian club's offer. Instead, he will now focus on leading Dortmund in their clash against Werder Bremen.
