Baltimore Ravens' Zay Flowers to Miss AFC Wild-Card Match Against Steelers

The Baltimore Ravens will be without star wide receiver Zay Flowers for their AFC wild-card match against the Pittsburgh Steelers due to a knee injury.

The Baltimore Ravens have suffered a significant blow ahead of their AFC wild-card match against the Pittsburgh Steelers, with star wide receiver Zay Flowers ruled out due to a knee injury. Flowers, 24, sustained the injury during the Ravens' 35-10 win over the Cleveland Browns last weekend.

Ravens head coach John Harbaugh confirmed Flowers' unavailability on Thursday, saying, “Zay Flowers is not going to be able to make it to the game this week.” Harbaugh emphasized the team's readiness to move forward, stating, “So, he'll get started again next week and we'll move forward with the guys we have, and we're excited about the guys we have, which is everybody else.”

Flowers has been a crucial player for the Ravens, and his absence will be felt. Notably, he has not missed a game due to injury in his two seasons with the team, highlighting his reliability and durability. The Ravens will now rely on their depth to overcome Flowers' absence and secure a win against their AFC North rivals, the Steelers.
