Champions League: Stuttgart draws 1-1 with Sparta Prague, remains winless.

VfB Stuttgart's Champions League campaign continued with a 1-1 draw against Sparta Prague at home. Enzo Millot's early header opened the scoring, but Kaan Kairinen's expert free-kick leveled the match.

Stuttgart took the lead against the run of play in the seventh minute. Maximilian Mittelstadt's lofted cross found Millot, who headed home. Sparta Prague responded strongly, with Martin Vitik hitting the post before Kairinen's equalizer.

Veljko Birmancevic had chances to put Sparta ahead either side of halftime, but Stuttgart dominated the second half without securing the win. This draw follows Stuttgart's 3-1 loss to Real Madrid and precedes their October 22 visit to Juventus.

Sparta Prague, who began their campaign with a 3-0 win over Salzburg, will face Manchester City next.
