Africa's Top 10 Worst-governed Nations, 2024


WORLD Economics, a research organization with headquarters in the UK, has published its 2024 good governance ranking.


There are four primary indicators used to evaluate the good governance ranking. The indices include press freedom, political rights, rule of law, and perceptions of corruption.


All four of the researchers' criteria are given equal weight in the World Economics governance ranking.

4. Burundi (24.4)


5. Central African Republic (25.1)


6. Cameroon (27.2)


7. Congo Republic (28.4)


8. Egypt (28.8)
