Obasanjo's Farm Had 27 Feeders Degraded From Band A To E

FOLLOWING the FG's hike in the price of energy from N66 per kilowatt to N225, Obasanjo's farm had 27 feeders degraded from Band A to E.

The names of former Band A feeders that were demoted to B, C, D, or E are now public knowledge thanks to the Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company, or IBEDC.

According to the IBEDC's list, which was made public on Saturday, April 6, the Farm Feeder that supplies the Obasanjo Farm—owned by former president Olusegun Obasanjo—was demoted from Band A to Band E.

 Roughly twenty-eight feeders under the IBEDC were downgraded in Oyo, Ogun, Kwara, and Osun States.

There are regions on the list where the daily electricity supply decreased from twenty hours to zero hours.

The list of IBEDC Band A downgraded feeders is as follows:

1. IBADAN: Magazine Road, Oba Adebimpe Road, Bank Road 11kv Feeder, Oke Bola (currently in Band B with 16-hour supply).

2. OGUN: GTB 11kv Feeder: OKE Ilewo Abeokuta's Only GTBank Training School (Currently in Band B with a 19-hour power supply)

3. KWARA: Seminary 11kv Feeder: Terminated at Bode-Eniafe Street, it runs from the High School Area to Seminary, Randa, Olomi, Bowen, Takie Junction, Apake, Star-Light, Sabo, and Orita Naira Junction (Downgraded to Band B with 16 hours power supply)

4. IBADAN: Ami 11KV Feeder: Band C with 12-hour power supply; Onireke, Jericho, Railway Quarters

5. KWARA: Asa Dam, Ilorin; Asa 11KV Feeder (downgraded to Band C with 14 hours power supply)

6. NYCIL, Daraju, Eagle Packages, and OGUN: Homan 11kv Feeder (Downgraded to Band C with 14 hours power supply)

7. OGUN: Rite Food Quarters 11 kv feeder (Downgraded to Band C with 12 hr power supply)

8. Senior Camp Road (KWARA: Senior Staff Quarters F20 11kv Feeder; downgraded to Band C with 15-hour power supply)

9. KWARA: Ibadan Way, Wawa Garage Road, SF2 New Bussa 11kv Feeder (Downgraded to Band C with 12 hours power supply)

10. IBADAN: Ikolaba, Kuye, Road 214, Onikoko; State House 11 kv feeder (downgraded to Band C with 14 hours power supply)

11. KWARA: Yidi 11kv Feeder: High Merit Road, Irewolede Road, and Asa Dam Road (downgraded to Band C with a 14-hour power supply)

12. IBADAN: Old Bodija, Sango, and Veterinary (Downgraded to Band D with 11 hours power supply): Dugbe Awolowo 11kv Feeder

13. KWARA: Umaru Audi Road, Adelodun Road, Abdulkadir Road, Agba Dam Road, Saad Alamu Street, Offa Road, Flower Garden, Idiagbon Street, Sayomi Street, 2nd Avenue Street (Downgraded to Band D with 9 hours power supply)

14. IBADAN: 11KV FEEDER ONIREKE: Joe Berchort, Link Reservation, and Oba Akensua (Reduced to Band D with a power supply of ten hours)

15. IBADAN: 11kv Oremeji Feeder: Letmauk Barracks Road, Oba Akinbiyi, Uncle Joe (Downgraded to Band D with 8 hours power supply)

16. IBADAN: Band E with a five-hour power supply; Anfani 11KV Feeder, Anfani Road, Ibadan
