11 Nigerians Arrsested Germany For Money Laundering, Romance Scams
GERMAN police said on Wednesday that they had detained eleven people who may be part of the Nigerian criminal organization known as the Black Axe.
It was discovered that the eleven suspects are all citizens of Nigeria, the majority of them had lived in Germany for a long time.
Dating sites where victims are tricked into believing they will get married are thought to be run by them.
The police further disclosed that the syndicate worked closely as financial agents in Nigeria, receiving money transfers from con artists.
