An Irish woman who claimed to be disabled was found to be able-bodied by the court, and she was denied a $800,000 settlement.

Kamila Grabska, 36, of County Clare, Ireland, had her $800k disability claim denied after it was discovered that she was competing in the tossing of Christmas trees.

A car accident a year prior to the 2018 competition allegedly left Grabska with minor injuries that prevented her from performing daily tasks.

The court has made its final decision, despite her hopes of receiving her settlement.

Woman denies fabricating her injuries

Grabska, who had to quit her job after the accident, claimed that she lost nearly $500,000 due to her neck and back pain preventing her from working.

She apparently wasn't able to physically pick up her kids or take care of household chores in addition to losing out on financial security.

When the judge saw pictures of Grabska hurling a five-foot Christmas tree as far as she could, the agency won the case even though she had filed an injury lawsuit against her insurance company for the 2017 accident.
