ISIS Attack: 93 people Killed In Concert Hall Attack In Russia

There have been 93 people killed in the terrorist attack at Moscow's Crocus City Hall in the Russian capital.



The Russian Investigative Committee provided an update on Saturday, March 23, stating, “At the moment, it has been established that the number of deaths is 93 people. The death toll will still increase.”


The shooting was initially attributed to the Islamic State, or ISIS.


The attackers appeared without masks and in camouflage, and they were reported to have driven off in a white car with a tinted rear window and a Renault insignia on it.


They allegedly hurled a grenade into the hallway and fired automatic rifles at the throng.


According to a source, the fire totally damaged the hall's top floors.


Apparently to the Federal Security Service of Russia (FSB), some suspects have been apprehended in relation to the incident.


“FSB Director Bortnikov reported to Putin on the detention of 11 people, all four terrorists directly involved in the terrorist attack,” the Russian government stated.


4 suspects were reportedly being held in the Bryansk area, close to the Ukrainian border, according to the Investigative Committee.


The incident has been denounced by the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), which has also stated that it is prepared to assist with the inquiry.
