"No plans to stop Haaland..."

Real Madrid's manager, Carlo Ancelotti, has stated that no strategy is being developed to deal with Erling Haaland in Tuesday's first leg of their Champions League semi-final.

He asserts that they cannot overvalue a "complete" squad by concentrating on just one player.

Madrid won the semi-final from the previous season 6-5 overall, including the thrilling 3-1 comeback at the Bernabeu.

But since then, City has added Haaland to their lineup, and the forward has already scored 51 goals in all competitions.

"Haaland is a very dangerous player. He's an obvious danger. But only talking about Haaland means not talking about a complete team that plays well, that attacks, that has ideas.

"We aren't planning how to play Haaland, but rather to play a team that looks unstoppable. I think we can have a chance to play an even, competitive game, and we can win," Ancelotti told reporters on Monday.
