Recruitment: NDLEA Responds As Candidates Complain About Accessing The Portal For Online Exams

Nigerians applying for positions with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) 2023 recruitment process are complaining that it is impossible to go onto the agency's website to take the computer-based test.

Applicants, notably those in the superintendent cadre (Professional and General Duties), would begin their online test on Monday, May 8, according to a statement from the agency's director, Femi Babafemi.

However, a large number of applicants who were slated to participate in the exercise between Monday and Thursday have not had much access to the platform.

Ajeh Eneoche Jennifer, one of the applicants, claimed she was supposed to take the CBT on Wednesday but was unable to access the portal when she spoke with our correspondent on Thursday.

She said, "I was part of the batch scheduled to take the test on Wednesday, according to the mail we received, our batch was to write the test between 10am on Wednesday to 6am Thursday.

"But all efforts to access the portal proved abortive. Thousands of us could not participate in the exercise despite being awake all night.

"I and several of other applicants have been on this for the last 24 hours all to no avail."

On Thursday morning, a few of the disgruntled candidates followed suit and denounced the agency on Twitter for the server's subpar network.
