Dolores Aveiro, the mother of Cristiano Ronaldo, has denied rumors that her son and Georgina Rodriguez are having relationship problems.

According to reports, Ronaldo was "fed up" with the Spanish model and the couple would be breaking up soon.

"The jealous one invents a rumor, the gossipy one spreads it, and the idiot believes it," Georgina wrote in response on social media.

During the opening of a store in her native Madeira, Dolores Aveiro was questioned regarding the circumstance.

She replied: "It's all lies.

"Every couple argues, but what's been written is a lie."
