Nnamdi Kanu Case Is Postponed By The Supreme Court Till September

Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), filed a lawsuit, and the Supreme Court has once more postponed the hearing until September 14.

Remember that on November 3, 2022, the secessionist appealed the Court of Appeal's decision to halt the Department of State Services, or DSS, to the Supreme Court.

On October 28, 2023, the appellate court had ordered a stay of execution of its previous decision clearing Kanu of all charges and ordering his release from the DSS headquarters.

Remember that on April 27, 2023, the Supreme Court heard the case but decided to postpone it until today, Thursday.
