JAMB HAS RELEASED THE RESULTS OF THE 2023 UTME
The results of the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) have been issued by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
The Computer Based Test (CBT) was held from Tuesday, April 25 through Monday, May 1.
According to a statement issued on Tuesday by JAMB spokesperson Fabian Benjamin, a total of 1,595,779 candidates enrolled to take the exam at 708 CBT centers in 105 locations.
Those who were rescheduled to take their exam on Saturday, May 6, as well as those who were absent.
Candidates under investigation, as well as visually impaired candidates, were also excluded, with the explanation that their results were being processed.
To view the results, candidates should text UTMERESULT to 55019 or 66019, using the same phone number they used to register.
"Also to be noted is the fact that the released results, when checked by candidates, would return the status of the candidates.
"For instance, with respect to absent or rescheduled candidates, or those under investigation, the response would be: YOU WERE ABSENT, RESCHEDULED OR UNDER INVESTIGATION," the statement reads.
