EFCC Denounced False Job Portal

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has warned people about a fake job portal.

The agency and the website were separated by a statement released on Tuesday by Wilson Uwujaren, Head of Media & Publicity.

A scheduled hiring drive would begin on May 23, 2023, the representative claimed, adding that "eligible applicants" were informed via the site of this.

The commission emphasized that there is now neither a recruitment portal nor an employment schedule.

Uwujaren warned anybody who promoted such frauds to stop doing so or face arrest and legal action.

"Members of the public are enjoined to ignore the recruitment portal," the statement added.
