CHAIRMAN OF NIDCOM, ALLEGEDLY DELETES A TWEET AMID ACCUSATIONS

Mrs. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman of NIDCOM, allegedly deletes a tweet amid accusations that Igbos were abandoned in Sudan.

In a viral video that spread on social media yesterday, some Igbo indigenes in Sudan were seen stranded, while one of the indigenes detailed how they were requested to alight from the flight so that Nigerians of other ethnicities might board the plane for evacuation.

The Igbo indigene implored Igbo millionaires to come to their help in the video, while also praising the owner of Air Peace Airline, Allen Onyema, for giving his plane for the evacuation. "You cannot blame Allen Onyema, because he has donated his aircraft and is unaware that his brothers are being abandoned in the evacuation exercise," the guy added in Igbo.
