According To Buhari, My Cattle And Sheep Are Far Easier To Manage Than My Fellow Nigerians
Muhammadu Buhari, the outgoing president of Nigeria, has asserted that he finds it simpler to govern his sheep and livestock than his countrymen.
Buhari, who has served as president for the past eight years, will cede power to Bola Tinubu today.
In his remarks at a pre-inauguration gala on Sunday, Buhari stated that he wished to return to his hometown of Daura in Katsina State so that he could concentrate on his farm animals.
"I am looking forward to tomorrow to fly to my base to go and meet my cattle and sheep, which are much easier to control than fellow Nigerians. But I have to reduce their number, because I cannot save enough to buy them feeds," Daily Post quoted the President as saying.
