Witnesses identified the structure as Joe Faraday's construction site.

As the structure caved in on Wednesday evening, it was learned that concreting was taking place on one of the floors.

According to a statement issued by the National Emergency Management Agency, personnel are trapped inside the structure.

NEMA authorities stated that they are mobilizing a rapid response team to rescue stranded persons.
