JOHN TERRY ASSERTS THAT CHELSEA'S GREAT RECORD WILL NEVER BE SURPASSED

John Terry

The club's astounding Premier League record of allowing just 15 goals in the 2004–2005 season, according to Chelsea legend John Terry, can never be surpassed.

Chelsea set numerous records during that season, winning the title while only dropping one game.

The Blues conceded just 15 goals in 38 Premier League games while Jose Mourinho was in charge, only nine of which came from open play

The team led by Mourinho also set a record with 95 points, which was eventually surpassed by both Manchester City and Liverpool.

However, Terry re-posted a tweet on Tuesday night via his Twitter account showing the stats and asserting that Chelsea's defensive record of allowing just 15 goals per season will stand.

The formerly-capable English player wrote: "15 Goals conceded in the Premier League surely will never be beaten!"
