Rivers State police have apprehended a phony reverend sister who allegedly runs a child trafficking ring in the state's Port Harcourt area.

While parading the suspect at the state police headquarters on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, the State Commissioner of Police, CP Friday Eboka, revealed that 15 children were rescued from the child trafficking ring.

The CP stated that the suspect would be charged in court and that investigations would continue even though some of the children had been reunited with their parents.
