The Dallas Mavericks extended forward Naji Marshall through the 2029-2030 season. Marshall averaged 15.2 points and 3.3 assists in a career year for Dallas.
The Dallas Mavericks locked up forward Naji Marshall on Sunday with a three-year, $52.2 million extension that runs through the 2029-2030 season.
Marshall, 28, is coming off a career year where he averaged 15.2 points and 3.3 assists per game both personal bests across 74 games, including 47 starts.

Marshall broke out in 2025 after four years of single-digit scoring and just 46 career starts. Last season he averaged 13.2 points in 27.8 minutes per game.
The New Jersey native shot 51% last year, and with this deal the Mavericks have secured a key role player for the rest of the decade as they continue their rebuild.
