Heuer, 30, has pitched mostly in Triple-A as well, posting a 3.46 ERA across 26 appearances. With Cleveland he had a 4.66 ERA in eight games this season.
Perkins, 29, has had a tough year in the majors. In 55 games for Milwaukee he’s hitting just .157/.250/.258 with 1 HR and 11 RBI.
