New Orleans Saints defensive tackle Bryan Bresee is out for 2026 with a torn ACL. Bresee had 2.5 sacks and 37 tackles in 15 games last season.

The New Orleans Saints confirmed on Sunday that defensive tackle Bryan Bresee will miss the entire 2026 season. He’s set to have surgery after suffering a torn ACL.

Bresee, 24, was evaluated after exiting practice on Wednesday. There were early fears he’d torn his ACL at the time, and the Saints later confirmed the diagnosis.

The former Clemson standout already tore his left ACL in 2021. Since the Saints drafted him 29th overall in 2023, he’s only missed two games in three seasons.

Bresee wrapped up last year with 37 tackles in 15 games. He also added 2.5 sacks, 8 quarterback hits, 5 tackles for loss, and 3 pass breakups.
